ICMU announces competition of student research papers in mathematical sciences
The school will focus on important trends in modern mathematical physics and complex analysis related to multivariate probability theory and integrable systems.
13-19 January 2025
Andrey Gogolev will teach an online mini-course on the basics of hyperbolic geometry. The course is primarily aimed at Ukrainian school students and university students. No special prior knowledge is required. The working language will be Ukrainian.
24 March - 6 April 2025
This school will introduce participants to some modern research topics in topology of manifolds.
28 July - 2 August 2025
This summer school aims to give an introduction to the research area of optimal transport by exploring the analytical, probabilistic, geometrical, computational, and statistical aspects of the theory. Applications in natural sciences and machine learning may also be discussed.
4-9 August 2025
The Centre facilitates organisation of scientific schools that introduce students and Ph.D. candidates to active areas of modern research.

Established scientists can visit ICMU for an extended period of time with the LMS Distinguished Visiting Fellowships programme run jointly with the London Mathematical Society. This programme operates in the temporary workspace of ICMU provided by our partner organisation - Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).
Applications are considered on a rolling basis.
