This school continues the tradition of Algebra, Topology and Analysis (ATA) summer schools in Ukraine (see here for the whole history of these schools). It combines scientific lectures and talks with informal communication and discussions. This year's edition will have minicourses on sub-Riemannian geometry and optimal transport along with other lectures delivered by the school participants. The aim of the School is to support talented students and post-graduates who are interested in fundamental mathematical research and to supply them with the newest information concerning the current status of research in these fields. There will also be some preliminary lectures on the basics of manifolds, foliations, spaces of jets, etc., aimed to help participants follow the subject.
